PY-107 is an acrylated system for UV-curable clear pressure adhesive, it exhibit high curing speed, medium high viscosity, good leveling, good tacky properity, excellent adhesion higher temperture, especially for wafer or glass decrease thickness PSA.

建議使用(Suggest Uses):
PY-107 以滾輪涂佈機(Kama)上膠涂于 PET 底材上, 厚度控制在 50um, 經(jīng)由熱烘(150-160 oC)去除溶劑(約 2-4 分鐘), 再經(jīng)過 UV 燈(80/cm; 365nm)照射(400-600mJ/cm2), 貼上保護膜收卷。
PY-107 Use roller-to-roller(Kama) coating on the PET substrate, controlled the thickness(50um), then pass the oven(150-160 oC) to remove the solvents(2-4 min), after UV cure(80/cm; 365nm), 400-600 mJ/cm2, cover with protecting film.
